Be Where Your Cursor Is.
I’m someone who’s always felt deeply and thought widely: drawn to beauty, complexity, and the mystery in between. I started this blog as a place to write freely: about life, healing, spirituality, philosophy, travels, kitchen stories as now I am a chef, and all the little experiments I try while chasing some spark.
I’ve danced with anxiety and explored more forms of therapy than I can count: from hypnosis on Regent Street with a renowned London therapist to confessing my sins to God and a priest in a hidden monastery in the Romanian mountains.
Somewhere along the way, I started to understand myself.
I believe in science. I believe in energy. And I believe we carry more than just our own stories, we carry what came before us, too.
This space is for anyone who lives curiously. Who wants more from life, but isn’t afraid to sit with what is. Who believes in joy and discipline, magic and mess, softness and strength, work and love. Who is hungry for knowledge and experimenting with life as much as possible. I write for people on the same wavelength people who want to grow, connect, and maybe laugh a little on the way.
I live in beautiful Dorset, England. I love good food, vino rosso, movement, books, deep conversations, nature, learning and the freedom that comes with being fully, unapologetically yourself. I believe that the highest religion is kindness. I believe in the power of the heart. And I believe that whatever is done in love is never wasted.
Writing is very dear to me and I’ve written a lot over the years. I want this place to be a place of love and growth. And if you don’t resonate, simply and kindly, close the tab.
If you do resonate, thanks for being here. It’s an honour. As someone said, the light in me sees the light in you. I would like us to talk soul to soul. You are the reader, but no doubt, if you are here and present, our souls will have a blast, as communication between souls doesn’t require physical presence.
